Reminders for you, and for me:
  • It's okay to feel lazy and feel like you don't want to get out of bed. We all have those days. You're not a lazy person just because you can't bring yourself to get out of bed. Some days are going to be worse than others, so don’t knock yourself down just because you’re having a bad day.
  • Grab opportunities whenever you can. Don't let them go. Grab on to them, hold on tight.
  • Be kind to everyone. They're all facing battles that we don't know. They're facing challenges we can't fathom. Love and spread the love. Be kind, be gentle. 
  • It's okay to be scared. It's okay to fear something. But don't let it consume you. Don't let the thoughts take over you.
  • Taking care of yourself should be your priority. Screw him/her/them. Pamper yourself, make yourself happy. Do things for yourself. Put yourself first. You're your number 1 priority.  Take pretty baths and often. Paint your nails. Do your make up until you feel better. Read a good book while drinking your favourite tea/coffee.

  • It's okay to be upset for cutting people out of your life. You don’t have to apologise for cutting toxic people out of my life. Let toxic people go. Don’t settle for less than what you deserve. If you're unhappy in that friendship, that's not a friendship you should keep.





  • Find happiness in small things. The smallest things can bring us joy. Look at life with wonder. Beauty surrounds.

  • Look for the positive side of things. Look at the bright side of every situation. There'll always be a yin to every yang.

No one can live in the dark all the time.

  • Cry over mistakes made. Cry over bad choices. But never let them consume you. Don't think that it's your fault all the time. Because most of the time, it isn't. Don't let these negative thoughts swallow you up in misery. Figure out what went wrong. Learn from it, and come out a better person.

  • Live for what's worth. Live for yourself. Be adventurous, try something new. Break habits (although it takes 21 days to do so). Change routines. Be something different.



  • Never think that you're a waste of space. Because you're anything but that. Someone out there needs you, whether you know it or not. So don't ever think that you're not worth it. 

  • No matter what, don't lose yourself. Don't become a shell of who you used to be. Find yourself and be a brand new you. But never lose yourself, just because of your fear/or because of someone.    
Amen!

But always find yourself, your true self.
